Dire Promise VS Spare Rations
They feel crazy similar honestly. What you guys think?

4 RepliesDire promise can has higher stability and can get more perks that boost stability, which in the curent meta, stability seems to make the biggest difference. I think it was fallout or cool guy who did a video on hand cannons recently and a max stability hand cannon did the best.
