What I want to know is what title does she have now? Dominus or empress?

Dominus was a title, The Latin word for Master or Owner, the feminine equivalent would be Domina. She would be referred to as Princeps or Princess if Bungie wants to keep with the concept of the cabal being similar to the roman empire.
