How is it possible ?
A multiplayer team based game where a solo player cant progress ?
Revolution !
You dont have any excuses for not having a team.
What prevents you from finding a team ?
Also...having only a few moments to play have no impact on finding a team.
If i want to do a raid i can do one trough lfg, discord or a clan in under 10 minutes.
Hell i have dads, soldiers, hard workers in my clan and they always manage to play with a team with 0 issue.
The only issue with you, is that you arent sociable enough and/or just dont want to put a lil effort to find a team.
Then its absolutely your fault for playing the game in a way its not meant to be played.

I never understand when people respond this way to a solo player, none of your points are wrong, but you're missing the point. Having more activities with optional matchmaking doesn't affect [i]your[/i] experience in the slightest, so why such negativity?

It does affect something when they create something with matchmaking. It makes the activity incredibly easy and borring with poor mechanics so even the dumbest team can do it. And if i answer this way its because this isnt a logic complaint. Im not going in a solo game and complaining about having no pvp. Destiny is known for being a multiplayer team based game. "Solo players" are an issue when bungie focus too much on them (look at y3 activities and the state of comp, it lost all its glory for the sake of solo players) Destiny has always been about having your badass fireteam and fighting against aliens together relying on each other abilities....and also making friends and mates. Being a solo player is litteraly going against what makes destiny... If people just want a shooter experience with loots, there is other games, why not trying borderlands 3 ? Loots and solo players can do everything while having the option to play multiplayer. And the shooting in b3 feels as good as d2. And the supers are fun too.
