Random Crashes (Verify Files)

Ever since switching from Battle.net to Steam I have been unable to properly play Destiny 2. Every single time I try and play the game at some point, randomly, my game completely closes and gives me an error message that reads;
"Problem reading game content. Please close Destiny 2, right click on Destiny 2 in the steam app to run 'VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES...' in 'Properties '. Then restart Destiny 2 to try again."
I have asked for help on this matter in the past to no avail. Practically every "fix" that there is I have tried, obviously nothing worked. I have: - Completely deleted and re-downloaded Steam. - Deleted and re-downloaded Destiny 2 multiple times. - Installed a third-party program to monitor GPU/CPU fan and memory status. - I have been in the temporary files and looked through the error codes. - I have done the switch language "fix". - I have increased the priority from normal to above average and sometimes even high. - I have deleted steam_appid.txt - I have cleared the download cache. - And many more fixes... I am frustrated because it has been months since the game's release and I have spent quite a lot of money on the game considering expansions and such. I have been a fan and supporter since before the switch to Steam, when the game actually worked for me. Needless to say, this is extremely disappointing. I simply want a fix that will be substantial considering this has been happening for so long.
