Hi there. Thanks for your report.
Faction Rally ornaments should only be available for Faction armor, not Seraph armor. That's probably what is happening here. We're currently investigating the issue where the ornaments are not appearing on Faction armor.

I was confused when I was able to put the FWC ornaments onto the seraph armor one time for each piece, I suppose this was a bug? I still have 4 pieces of Seraph armor with the FWC ornaments equipped on them that I am currently using as my main warlock armor. Do I have to worry about losing these? I personally really like being able to put the seasonal armor mods onto armor with a future war cult look. Please consider making Faction Rally Ornaments Universal and/or making faction armor seasonal mod compatible.
