If you are having problems on console then you have a big problem with your connection. The graphics will not make your connection any better.

Then take into account your family using it you then do not even have that. You need to stop playing any PVP until you can get better internet or you stand the chance of getting a ban or restriction,. You[b] upspeed[/b] needs to be at minimum 5 if your family is using it as well.
