To unlink an account, go to your Profile Settings > Accounts & Linking. Click the Unlink button next to the Xbox account.
After you've done that, click the Link button and enter your login credentials for the new Xbox account.

I dont have the login details for that old account that's why I cant unlink it. Please help me I want to use crossave
