They only listen to the streamers who all whined about trials but are ok with inventory resets because they play all day and have nothing left to chase even a week after content drops.

People have mixed feelings about this topic for many reasons. Some people feel like the time they put into getting god roll gear is wasted and others are wanting the current weapon pool to be recycled so new weapons actually have worth. Not to mention the absurd diluted loot table. In my opinion, Bungie Should weigh both sides and come to a compromise on both. ex. Some weapons (like quest bound ones) remain unaffected while stock weapons like vendor engrams and world drops get cycled out. Near the end of D2s lifespan like in D1, I expect them to bring everything back just for one last time before moving to a different game.

It may be true that I don't actually own the gear, but I can stop giving Bungie my business if I don't appreciate their practices. Which I absolutely plan to do, and encourage others to do the same

TBH I'm probably going to go on a d2 hiatus too come September. Better games. I play Destiny 2 for pvp and right now it's just barely bearable for me. I'm looking forward to Cyberpunk. Hopefully, it turns out alright.

I absolutely refuse to support eververse. That is my own way of telling them what I think. Fun fact. I figured out how to get seasons for free. Just rack up as many MS reward points as you can a day and you'll have enough to convert them into $10 before the end of the season. Bungie can kiss it.

Eh most ive seen either take the stance that they want it to happen or theyre kinda like "meh if it happens it happens". ive yet to even see a clickbait angry title about it lol.

I’ve seen a few articles and what not. They did this same thing in D1. I’m not pleased with it, but also not surprised lol.
