So after watching the recently uploaded video by bungie where they announce trails of osiris is coming back and that it should be "fair and balanced". And then an idea came into my mind: why not have fixed weapon sets and a fixed light/ power level for everyone who's going in it? Like let's say there are 3 weapon sets and everyone of your team gets a different, just like the enemy team: Player1/ Enemy1: hand cannon based set Player2/ Enemy2: pulse rifle based set Player3/ Enemy3: pistol based set And it would be pure luck which one you actually get. I think this would match the "fair and balanced" phrase since everyone gets the same and it is just a matter of skill who is gonna win. What do you guys think of it?
