Hi there,
Thanks for your report. Did you receive any errors during transfer? Please double check that you linked the correct Battle.net account for transfer, and are currently logged in to the correct Steam account (including matching numerical Steam IDs). You can verify your account links by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking.

Hi. Thanks for the answer. I did link the wrong battle.net account but now i'm having trouble linking my good battle.net account to my steam. I get the error that the steam account has already been used by a different battle.net account. I unlinked the steam account from the 'bad' battle.net one but it still does not let me transfer my character. What can i do now?

Hi again, unfortunately once transfer occurs of a Battle.net account to a linked Steam account it cannot be changed or undone. You will need to create a new Steam account to link and migrate your preferred Battle.net data to if you wish to access your characters.

Can't the account be unlinked and wiped of the old transfer so I can redo it? It's quite unfortunate that you can't override a wrong transfer

It’s a one-time process. There is no undo button. That’s why you were told quite clearly what account was getting transferred to what Steam account and what entitlements and characters went with it.
