I know that you can't stack player based weapon buffs like bubble and well together but weapon buffs like kill clip and rampage stack on top of well. Also if you try use black talon in a well if throws you around a ton and just one burst of the ranged attack often takes you out of the well. I also did a little bit of other testing and found that reversal still procs when you have weapons of light so this just further strengthens that this is just a bug.
