Permission To Access Muliplayer Content Problems With New Light And Two Consoles

My roommate just downloaded Destiny 2 New Light, and since he has been online I can't login to Destiny 2. It's extremely frustrating because I have tried all the things under the Bungie Help Article. I heard from other players that having two consoles on the same network would be the culprit, but I have no idea. Please help quick, I want to donate all my polarized fractaline before the end of Empyrean Foundation. The error is, "You have lost connection to Destiny 2 servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere. I have PS Plus, so it's not that; and I used Playstation services to sign me out of all services and devices, so I know I'm not signed in elsewhere.

  • The error that you are seeing, is a PSN error. There are articles on this particular error, and how to rectify it, if you do a simple Google search. It seems to be a fairly common issue, given how often posts pop up about it. If I could recall the specifics of the fix, I would share them, but the PSN support page should have the info needed.
