Legacy campaign completion rewards have been retired. Those items can still be earned through world loot drops.

@TuxyDoh The "Dreamer's Cloak", I understand is retired. However, when you hover over the item in your collections, it, unlike all the other armor items, has the "Armor 2.0" feature. Seeing how the cloak was retired prior to when 2.0 started, could we we be getting an updated reissue sometime in the (near) future? Perhaps during the "Beyond Light" campaign? (pLease😄)

Hard to say, just do as many bounties, open as many chests and do the red war adventures as you can
