The Last Word is already the worst exotic hand cannon in PVE, it does not need to be nerf, but to be buff!
They made a Tex Mechanica armor suit for the Warlock, a ghost shell and a sparrow, and then they nerf The Last Word and the Prospector, half of Tex Mechanica weapons...

Some of us do. I use it in regular PvE. It looks cool, it does the twirl, it hits hard enough to do the job even if it's not the ideal PvE weapon.

I really love TLW, and despite the fact it must be the worst exotic hand cannon, it still does its job in regular strikes and patrol.
