Billy was preparing to go after the Krall ships that arrived into OffTopic. He saw them fly over the city and enter the wilderness on the other side. For all Billy knew they could be dozens of miles away, but he figured that they would want to stay closer in case there was something they wanted to take from the city. Billy powered up his ship and took off in the fleets direction. He was not going to let the Krall put whatever plan they had into action. After flying about 12 miles into the wilderness outside the city, Billy was picking up a signal. He immediately landed before he got too close because if he’s picking them up, then they could pick him up as well. Billy made sure they were just off his radar before landing and wound up in a very dense forest. The forest wasn’t extremely dark but there was a lot of brush that Billy had to go through. He tried to be as quiet as he could but the breeze moving through the trees made enough noise to mask his footsteps. It took about 20 minutes of pushing through branches and bushes before Billy wound up at the edge of a grassy opening. Billy was easily able to spot the Krall ships which were about 200 yards away from him. He used his binoculars to get a closer look at what was going on. There were four Krall soldiers that Billy could see, and they were all wearing Krall military armor as well as being heavily equipped with big guns and swords. Guns are a pretty easy thing to understand, you just aim and shoot, but weapons like swords, axes, and other melee weapons require a lot of skill to use properly. Melee weapons have been part of the history of many races and they have advanced drastically when it comes to the Bubbies and Krall. Seeing all four of those soldiers with swords was a sign that the Krall were doing something very important. Billy knew there was more of them over there as well as Commander Dulganos, but he couldn’t see them at all, but he did see a big plasma drill burning through the ground. Billy had no idea what could be underground that the Krall were interested in. He made his way closer until he was about 125 yards away from the Krall. One of the soldiers was sitting on a rock next to one of the ships, his helmet was off and Billy could see its face clearly through his binoculars. The Krall have red skin and four orange eyes, and they also seemed to always bare their teeth which were sharp. The soldier turned in his direction and immediately noticed him. He yelled out something which Billy couldn’t hear clearly, and then the four of them started moving in Billy’s direction. Although Billy had weapons with him, there was too many Krall over there to take on all at once, so he threw a grenade in their direction. The grenade didn’t reach the group of Krall, but when it blew up, it launched dirt and rocks into the air, which gave Billy a chance to run without them knowing which direction he went. Billy didn’t see Dulganos, but he got information he could share with intelligence. All he needed to know now was why the Krall were drilling and what they were drilling for.
