Guardian Fashion this week......
This week in order to get the emblem, you need to have purchased the Star Light emblem for the events that happened in Australia. So in other words.... If you do not have the donation emblem, you won't be able to even enter the fashion contest.
Is there a reason why it is regulated only to the people who have the Star Light emblem?
