This post was such a huge help. Seriously. Great tips. But the trade off now is when i destiny tracker clans the pvp element im looking for is non existent. Been searching pretty regularly for 3 days now lol. Harder grind than legend.

Sorry to hear of your troubles, but glad I could help. And think of it this way, how much harder would that grind be if you were sidetracked by joining the wrong one?! At least this way you see the quicksand before stepping in.
