It took me 30+ runs each to get Tarrabah and Anarchy. I still know lots of people to this day who raid often but they still don't have those or 1k. Making it possible to more runs per week, on the basis that only the first run gives powerful/pinnacle, seems very reasonable to me. It would also probably boost the numbers of people doing those raids when they're new to the benefit of anyone trying LFG.
