I don't think shin's the most powerful hunter. There's Tallulah and Eris um... possibly Lisbon 13. Uh there's me in pvp lol, Anna Bray and so on...

Edit: Also Eris wasn’t able to kill the easiest raid boss so I wouldn’t call her the most powerful Hunter either. And I don’t know who “Talele” is.
