Were there any clans or groups that were wiped out because of the Taken or Hive?

Among the Guardians? No, none that we know of. Maybe some Orders like the First Pillars died in the Great Disaster, but I don’t know. But the Hive (sometimes with Taken help) have exterminated countless species.
