Purchasing Shadowkeep on Black Friday would have redeemed the free Season Pass that was included towards Season of the Undying. The description on the PSN store was only updated to state "Season of Dawn" after the weekly reset on December 10 when it launched.
If you want the Season Pass for Season of Dawn, you'll need to purchase it with 1000 Silver in-game.
