Wouldn’t they be talking about Ghaul? I thought that the Red Legion were part of the people that exiled Calus.

Incorrect. Ghaul had that lovely long speech on top of the final mission for the red war. Not once is it mentioned anywhere also he was an emperor. He was a lot of things. Just not an emperor.

He’s not dead, but if he were, I don’t think they’d be scrambling to resurrect him. The Red Legion literally played a part in dethroning him. I swear that Ghaul was a part of that. Edit: I’m also certain that Ghaul played he part of ruler as well. He may not have been called the Emperor, but he was definitely the one in charge.
