Phoenix Cradle Sun Warrior buff doesn't work with Sunspots created via Sun Warrior enemy kills

With the Season of Dawn update, they applied a change to allow a stacking counter to be applied when players with the Sun Warrior Buff to create a new Sunspot, as seen here: Kills with the Sun Warrior buff active can now make Sunspots This is based on weighted enemy killed and a sunspot is created when the threshold of "1" is reached Players/Bosses add 1 Majors add 0.5 Minors add 0.25 However, Sunspots created in this way do not appear to grant the player the correct Buff while wearing the Phoenix Cradle Boots IF the Sun Warrior Buff has expired. Instead of granting You and your Allies the 10-second Sun Warrior Buff when you walk into these new sunspots, it will only grant the normal 5-second Sun Warrior Buff to you ALONE. One exception to this is if a player already has the Sun Warrior Buff My guess is that with the new update, the system doesn't confirm that Sunspots generated through enemy kills (NOT Ability Kills) are ones that apply the Phoenix Cradle. It's not a massive issue as I'm able to consistently chain the damage and keep Sun Warrior active, but it makes it almost impossible for my Teammates to chain Sunspots of their own.
