How to you let out your anger/frustration
Me personally, I go for a drive and listen to AC/DC and Led Zeppelin while doing donuts and driving fast
What is your preferred method?

I take a deep breath, take a good look at the situation, start finding ways to resolve it, and get to work. Though there may be some swearing muttered under my breath during any of those steps.
