How to you let out your anger/frustration
Me personally, I go for a drive and listen to AC/DC and Led Zeppelin while doing donuts and driving fast
What is your preferred method?

I usually play a game where I can cause as much destruction and chaos without regretting it later (like games with honor systems) so usually GTA, just cause 3 etc etc Or I'll listen to music since listening to music always takes my mind off of things
