As a top 5% player I think such a reward should be attainable for the top 10% rather than the top 2% of players and add something for pve players as well it would be cool to have animated emblems like rocket league. Maybe tie them to the triumph seals would be cool.

As a top 15% player I think such a reward should be attainable for the top 30% rather than the top 2 or 5 % of player :))

Something for everyone, just the top players should get something to show they are the best. Exclusive Emblems, and Shaders.

Yeah, not sure I'd even make it if it was only top 1%. Itd be cool to have smaller rewards for top 5, 10, 25 percents.
