i think flinch needs to go as well as bloom and in air penalties
artifact mods and heavy shouldn't be a pvp thing besides mayhem

Flinch could be toned down for weapons other that snipers. LIn a hand Cannon duel you get shot from the side and your aim moves 2 feet from their head. You lose. In air accuracy should be 100% and bullet randomness shouldn't be a thing.

Yeah, no. Flinch is the only thing that saves me vs snipers when I shoot them first. If it was gone I'm afraid there would be no point to play any other weapons except sniper rifles.

Snipers should be close to 0 aim assist with no flinch

Then people would use something else to cheese the game. First thing that comes to mind is Erentil. That thing would be broken without flinch. Point is, removing something like flinch would require to rebalance the entire game. And I don’t trust these devs to do a good job when balance is concerned.

Erentil is already broken and doesn't flinch a lot In my mind the perfect sandbox is no flinch, no bloom and no in air penalties Low AA on snipers, less range on shotguns (but more consistency) and less range on fusions, taking away backup plan
