Could definitely see this being viable in some dps loadouts (as long as it's in the energy slot), pairing it with a good heavy grenade launcher or sniper and using the napalm like anarchy with it's electric spike grenades.

That’s be nice, like a mini anarchy for peeps without it.

I would be fine with it either way, but I find it ridiculous that we don't have an Exotic special ammo Grenade Launcher after 2 years. We only have one Exotic "Breach Loaded" GL as is, and it's a primary.
