The emblems that are provided with those codes would be found in the Collections > Flair > Emblems > Events. When I inspect your account, I see that you have both in there:
- CODEX DOCTRINAE
- ARCHIVIST'S PRIZE

Welp, now I feel kinda stupid for not being able to locate them myself. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Another question: how can you find those if you don't what you are looking for? There's no in-game notification or smth? Cause I though they would at least show up in your "latest added items" in the collections tab. Anyway, thanks a lot for the clarification.

It's a bit of tribal knowledge, and has been that way since Destiny 1. You might throw a post in Destiny 2 > Feedback about how the process could be better.
