Destiny 2 does not support RTSS, forcing it can result in anticheat being triggered and your account being evaluated for a ban. Use the framerate cap on the settings menu, or enable vsync.

This is the most -blam!- thing ever. Thousands of people are cheating in Destiny 2 PvP, but I cannot use RTSS to get an overlay. Completely illogical reasoning that makes no sense whatsoever. But I expect nothing else from Bungie.

It's not illogical. A lot of cheating programs hook into the rendering cycle so that they can read what's going on with the screen, so Bungie banned software that does this. This happens to also be how RTSS works. Seems logical.

I thought that was only for in game overlays through such programs?

Edited by tchakael: 11/30/2019 5:57:00 AMAny software that tempers with the game in any way not allowed by bungie can result in a ban, that includes debbugers, performance "boosters", cheat engine...
