What you eventually realize after playing this game for about a month is that it is as wide as a continent and as shallow as a rapidly evaporating puddle. There IS a lot of content in this game but much of it is as boring and unrewarding as watching grass grow.

That's the problem. In d1 we had factions with armor and weapons to grind for daily. Gunsmith test weapons to play around with dureing the week. After age of triumph we had the raids with cool ass ornaments and weapons that benefited you in the raid.
