Personally I think they are in a good spot, been using them a lot more, was useing Pulse Rifles before SK. Trick is to run Kill clip or rampage and use the perk... kill 3 or 4 adds then reload to engage the perk, kill 3 or 4 adds reload..... ect.

Is there one you would use in MASTER level activities, that will take anti-barrier / overload mods?

Ringing Nail from Black Amory... solar and can be farmed for your specific specs, and takes the Artifact mods.

Thanks, I've been using the Rining nail, but I think it's a little weak PVE. I'll test it out 980 activities and see how it does. They might be ok for 950 activities, but not for 980. Ringing nail - for solar - I have a decent roll ARC Logic - for arc - I can't get a useable roll, but like the weapon. void? don't have anything that will take the 2.0 mods.
