I pulled up Steam yesterday saw I could play Destiny2 for free so I loaded it up. Started playing seemed like a great game so I bought the DLC's to go along with it. Tabbed back into the game played for another 10-15mins and the screen goes black. Reran the game from Steam and the you have been banned screen pops up. Can anyone from Bungie or this forum help with this issue please? I have played for 14 years on Steam and this is the first time I have ever received a ban of any kind on my account.

Edited by Ingwe-Queen: 11/17/2019 1:25:47 PMDoing something once / 1 time does not lead to a restriction or ban unless you are using code injecting software or cheating in some way also having a bad internet connection. Connection based restrictions or bans you are given a warning about your connection first before any restriction or ban is places. Bungie investigates accounts before they hand out any restrictions or bans. After investigating your account, they found a reason. They will not remove this restriction/ban. On the occasions they do respond, the answer will give a date and a very brief reason which will be one of the following below. 1. Cheating 2. Any software being detected by Destiny while it's running. These could include Trainers, Aimbots, Auto-fire, Mods, Graphics Hacks, anything that injects code into games. 3. An unstable connection is having an impact on other players.
