People have been spoiled by Recluse that's the main reason why suddenly everyone wants to kill everything super fast without having to use any particular build or tactic.
Autos are still decent it's just that people want even faster TTKs because of things like Recluse.

I don't see anything wrong with fast ttk's Warface has it, Titanfall has it and both of those titles are fast paced run and gun adrenaline pumpers that are actually fun Save the competitive aspect of stuff for Overwatch or any MOBA out there.

I don’t want to take five minutes killing a dreg with a scout or auto rifle. We aren’t spoiled, bungie’s attempts to make the game artificially challenging by nerfing things is ruining the gaming experience (for me anyway)

This is it, right on the nose. Bungie can’t be bothered trying to make enemies tactical in any way so they give them cheap teleporting moves and foot stomping and they nerf the hell out of us.

I use autos in master level NFs and NHs and they work as they should. So if you're taking 5 mins to kill a Dreg may be you need to see where you're shooting.

No, I work all day. I can play for a couple hours a day. I just want to murder enemies as fast as possible. It's more fun being able to rip shit up and get some much done in that little time. I don't have the recluse so I can care less about that weapon.
