Backup plan on fusions that can ohk is probably a neat thing for the user, but not exactly fun for someone standing at what one would consider mid and getting disintegrated where gunplay should be a thing. If backup plan is to stay on high impact, it should be moved to exotic status. Perhaps reintroduce plan c. Wasnt that the fusion that had almost instant charge and ohk at close range? It was a perfect shotgun counter if I am remembering correctly.

Easier solution: make backup plan (while proc’d) reduce range
