Seriously only low skilled players defend the erentil. Its very simple it has too much range. It can ohk beyond 30m. Because of that the gameplay suffers because the erentil users will play very passive. Snipers are passive too but they require a head shot which is not easy to do. Shotgun users have to play aggressive wich makes the game more dynamic. A shotgun has a max ohk potential of 8m. Make the erentil 15m and the problem is gone. No more passive gameplay for the sake of low skilled players.

Its so broken that even high skilled destiny content makers post video’s about it. Why you think this happens? The problem is the range. The erentil is called the best sniper in the game. Nerf the range and its fine. If not nerf the charge time.

Congrats, what is that video supposed to prove? I can jump in a 6v6 game and stomp on noobs with literally any weapon in the game. If your point is to prove how Erentil's range makes it easy and broken, why don't you tell that guy to jump in a 4v4 against 4 people using NF + DRB (who actually have a brain and know how to counter Fusions) and see how well it goes for him? Now here's a question for you: If Erentil is as "broken" and "easy" to use as you claim it is, why was he the only player using it in that lobby? It's not even a top-used weapon in 90% of all pvp modes lmao.

It doesn’t need any nerfs, it’s fine now. It’s only actually good against low skill players.

Sheik is a good player. Not all the content creators making videos about Erentil are good players. They are memes jumping on a trend, and repeating memes they heard. Even sheik god love him is just spewing memes in this content. When you watch the game play it’s a lot of short to medium range kills against players pushing him in the open. Over and over again in the same game. Is that what skilled players do? No. He talks about how he has no problem countering Erentil with a chaperone. I don’t doubt that claim because it’s not hard to counter an Erentil user. The gun has strengths and weaknesses. Instead of playing smart against it bad players come to the forums and beg for nerfs. The end of the video, which just coincidently long enough to get it to ten minutes, is a massive comeback and we ran earned off the back of super kills, Randy’s kills, mele kills and getting his super back by chaining with his team, and not really Erentil kills. The long range kill it starts with is the product of team shooting in quickplay. The next set of kills are medium and short range against players pushing (and not shooting) in the open. No where is the video show casing “easy maps”. Get a grip.

If you play high rank comp. The reason why its not used is because people think its lame to play with it. Sometimes a team does play with it and its very difficult to play against. There is a reason that many people complain about it.

Honestly if you use any weapon that has perks for stability, range, higher AA, or anything they helps you aim is only for low skilled players. Destiny isn’t a game where you can alienate one weapon and think your gun with its perks cheapens your actual skill.

It’s hard to read someone say erentil is for low skilled players when you use a hc with stability perks that help you aim. You also have wormhusk and arc battery equipped so that’s a major crutch for low skilled players. Someone can’t talk about erentil when they use crutches too

It is lol. It’s a good roll because it helps you handle the recoil which you can’t do alone. Honestly. Your whole get up can be considered as something a low skilled player uses because you coat yourself with abilities and perks that help you aim/ give health. Ppl can’t complain about one gun here and crutch on others

Not what I’m saying at all. In destiny, you can’t complain about one gun because it’s “easy” or for “low skilled players” when you use crutches yourself. More than likely I can dive deep into your profile and see all the crutches you use. Austringer is a fairly easy gun to use. Nf and LH are shells compared to their original MH perk. It’s easy to fight against those guns now. (If you need a stability perk or a perk that helps you aim better, you are technically a low skilled player)

If you did you must understand that your argument is in no way valid. Besides You know how much recoil the NF has? Almost nothing. Plus it can kill with 2 hs and 1 body. Plus the MH perk is bugged right now so it can three tap beyond intended ranges. But all this does not matter at all. Erentil is broken and needs a range nerf.

Erentil works better right now because things have been nerfed. If it gets nerfed, it will be either aggressive shotguns (you) or passive players staying in the back. This weapon works great on ppl who don’t know how to move around and actually use the map ( not running and pushing in a linear way every time or sitting still). Erentil users are easy to beat once you know what they are doing. It’s hard for others who only play one way and think their style should overcome every other gun Please don’t talk about NF being hard to use 😂. Just because it’s not as stable as LH doesn’t mean it’s hard to use. Again, most guns in destiny help you so much in your aim it’s laughable to call someone low skilled just because they are using a gun.
