Crucible has never been bad. Not even during times like lens bug. Now it is better than ever.
It is just a matter of attitude and most people don’t have much of that.

I feel like most people see themselves dying to something and then just think that it's all because that weapon is too good. Recluse is in a comfortable spot and people use it because it is effective and fun, but it really isn't in overpowered territory. A few outliers do exist though, most obviously OEM.
