If you transfered from console to PC, DLC does not transfer between platforms, only the base game New Light. You'll need to buy the DLC again for PC or Console. Which ever you use.

I linked my account from battle.net to steam, and it says that i don't have the forsaken dlc when i clearly have a lot of fosaken exotic items and the dorsaken quests Why is this happening
