Has there been an update on this? I am in the same boat, Calling them Home, and therefore Poor Reception (the folowup Adventure) are not available or showing up on the map. I am showing 10/13 adventures on the EDZ for the achievement, but have no way of completing this. I've tried switching characters and it appears to be the same for all of them.
