Waited days for burgusia and got a rare bounty completed and ready for the next step. Try and hand in the black armory key and the lock doesn't open but the key is gone. Now my rare bounty is probably going to expire before this shit is fixed. Absolutely disgusting how you're taking so long to fix this.

If you've completed the bounty it won't expire. Just hold onto it until they get the quest fixed (you know, in December...).
