Should the President of Off-topic be sworn in soon after the election or a month or so after?
The reason why I'm asking is because last election people began to assume that Cell, the last President, was no longer the executive and treated me as such.
I personally think that the winner should be inaugurated a day or two after they've won the final poll.
This is all up to you though, so go ahead and vote!
