  • Well, the thing is the "Unlink" button isn't accessible. I can't click it

  • Are you logging in to your Bungie profile using the login credentials for the same account that you are trying to unlink? If so, you will need to login using a different platform account linked to your profile. In your case, you cannot unlink your Battle.net account if you are logged in with that account. You would need to use your Steam login info to access your profile, and then unlink the Battle.net account.

  • You could choose to create a new profile, if you wish, but it is not necessary. You asked about unlinking an account from your existing profile, and stated that you could not unlink as the button was greyed out. I explained that you cannot unlink your Battle.net account, if you are using it to login to your Bungie profile. If you already have your Steam account linked, then use your Steam login to access your Bungie profile. You will then be able to unlink your Battle.net account.

  • If I remember well I just created a new account but I don't remember I used BNet credentials or even Steam ones.

  • Hello, it's still me. I guess I used my BNet credentials the first time giving me a hard time so by connecting with the old BNet account I actually managed to transfer everything. Such a simple thing to do but I was really lost on the instant, thanks a lot to both of you for your help :) Have a nice day and thanks for everything ;)
