The 4,000 Silver was only being credited because the Season Passes given by purchase of the Digital DX version of Shadowkeep failed to properly integrate into the accounts, so they instead became credited as Silver, 1,000 per Pass. If you bought the DX pack, and you didn't see any extra Silver, then that means the Season Passes were successfully applied to your account.
