Yes. That is definitely something that could cause you to get restricted/banned, or at the least make a name change. Per the ban/restrictions policy:
Player Behavior that can lead to Account Bans or Restrictions Bungie regards some behavior to be in breach of the license agreement that governs Destiny, and therefore potentially subject to access restrictions or bans. This behavior includes, but is not limited to: Connecting to the Destiny game service with any of the following: Modified game software Modified game assets Modified hardware Modified console firmware Modified operating system files including emulators and virtual machines Using an external program to modify or analyze the operation of the Destiny game software, such as: Trainers, mods, cheats, aimbots, or autofire. User mode or kernel debuggers Graphics hacks Sending malicious network traffic to Destiny servers or other Destiny players Using an external program or device to automate gameplay or circumvent idle detection. Modification or interruption of Destiny network traffic with intent to disrupt the experience of other players or to gain an advantage in the game. Intentionally deriving gameplay benefit from another user’s behavior in the above categories. Unauthorized access to Destiny software or downloadable content (game piracy). Impersonating a Bungie, Microsoft, Sony, Blizzard, Valve, or Activision employee.
• Thanks, i respect that and will follow the TOS but personally disagree with the actual rule itself. I feel it should be fine as long as the player is not intentionally tricking other players.

 • How are you not “intentionally tricking others” when you purposely choose your name as “ceo of bungie”? Seems fairly intentional to me

 • It has a comedic purpose. If someone whispers me and actually asks me if i am the "ceo of bungie" i obviously say no. I wouldn't be setting my name to that to actually impersonate an employee or socially engineer people. Yes it is intentional, but it's not intentional tricking. Especially with the state of the crucible now it's incredibly relevant and can lead to some humorous and comedical improvised jokes with other players where both parties are aware that the "ceo of bungie" is not actually the ceo of bungie.

 • The issue would fall to those who do not ask you if you are really the ceo. It would be to those who actually believed they were playing with/against the ceo. It is not a good look for any company if someone claiming to be the ceo is running around pvp tbagging players or other activities that may not represent the values or beliefs of the company. Your "comedic purpose" is probably exactly the type of thing they are trying to avoid with the rule. What you find as funny, may not align with what the real CEO would.
