No, this is not feedback. This is a request for a rogues gallery, which would open the "cheaters" up to abuse from other players.
Bungie do not condone naming and shaming, and suggest that if you wish to report cheaters you follow the correct reporting methods, and do not name cheaters, so it is highly unlikely they will partake in it.

But something like: "TWAB We found and banned to teleporting titans this week. Since we don't show Id's on the screen anymore here is the video as proof Which was obligingly created by one of our upstanding community members" (lol) But really this post is about the ninjas letting too much personal bias get in the way of their (volunteer- before someone says they're not paid) jobs. I understand the need to do so at certain times but lately they have been out of control.
