Do you have those quests in your Pursuits tab? If yes, have you tried marking them?

Yes I tracked it but nothing pops up

I just started the game to see if my Warlock has those quests. It's only Exodus Black that i have, got it tracked and stuff, and it shows that i have to speak with Failsafe. Other quest i had to look up on the interwebs, it's on Io. Really no idea where the quest marker could be. I haven't spoke to Asher yet.
