Luck Smith said the Strangers "story was completed". So whats to hear about knowing Luke killed it.

Tbh that won't help. Luke Smith lead TTK and RoI, both DLCs were considered to be what brought D1 back from a dead, awful game. D2 launch was trash, but he also lead forsaken, also regarded as fixing the game and making it good again. Might hurt to hear but, remove Luke Smith and you run the risk of killing the game for real.

Luke Smith was pulled from Ttk in the middle of it to go work on D2. The live team created ROI with Barrett as lead. D2 base game was all Luke Smith and this mess we have now is his as well. He shouldn't have ever been lead peroid.

But what is odd, if you scan on artifact on Io (it may be Nesus) the ghost makes a comment about the stranger. A while back there was a lot of traffic about the stranger being Anna Bray's sister. I don't know what caused all the traffic. I was a little disappointed in Luke Smith's comment.

The 'traffic' was due to some lore being found in sparrows from around war mind time, as well as an arg.

I hate how they strat something and never end up going anywhere with it. Sure you get pieces here and there through the lore but that's it.

Now, in your blind hate, have you forgotten that Bungie greenlighted a hidden Valkyrie replica with a note signed by who appears to be Elsie Bray that used words similar to those of the Stranger? Or, the fact that Mara said she would meet a friend who spoke the same exact words of the Stranger?

Pretty sure the hobbit said it because she didn’t carry much weight to the greater events happening and Activision wasn’t giving bungie enough time to properly do side quest and smaller story arch’s for minor characters. Let’s just be happy they didn’t drop variks
