    "In the meantime please continue to attempt migration by following this link" Thanks for suggesting something i've been trying to do these past weeks now and giving me an answer that wont solve anything at all. I cant continue trying something when it obviously doesnt work. Give me an actual person that will actually look at the information im putting out and the screenshots ive posted over some automated bot that answer to keywords in the post i made. I also dont care if it isnt a personalized response, the information i was give was that i will recive and answer in 2 buisness days, its been far past those days now and no email in response. This problem has been going on for too long, was this even tested before it got released to the public or just put out there so the players had to deal with the problems themselves. Ive owned the game for a year or two now i am way past getting a refund and at this point i want a refund for the whole game, because im not getting the content i payed for.   • im scared to even try now. it displays my characters no longer exist on my bnet to transfer dispite them being there still when i check.

  • I am having the same issue. My blizzard profile reflects the correct characters, licenses, and silver, but my steam profile only reflects my Shadowkeep purchase. I have tried the migration process daily since the official move over to Steam. This is unacceptable that I cannot play the game with the characters and licenses I worked so hard for (and paid so much money for). I opened a ticket with Blizzard and they punted me to this forum. Why is it so difficult to simply allow me to open up a ticket for you to work this problem?

  • How many times do we have to try? I too did the same as the player above and never got a response. I’ve tried migrating at least 9-10 times now and using different browsers. This suggestion to keep trying doesn’t work. It’s day 17 I haven’t been able to play and I purchased the deluxe shadowkeep.
