I purchased forsaken when it first came out on pc, I have crosssaved to PS4 but the forsaken content hasn't transferred. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

I purchased forsaken when it first came out on pc, I have crosssaved to PS4 but the forsaken content hasn't transferred. Can someone tell me how to fix this? I have a receipt for my purchase to show I bought the destiny 2 forsaken deluxe edition when if first launched. Thanks

The game licenses don’t transfer. So you need to buy on platform you will be playing on
