same here bur for me it's almost after every map when I enter orbit, no matter what I play. Vanguard, crucible, story, anything. What I do now is to have a notepad document that is not saved. When I have a crash I can alt-tab, then click the windows button. I get the RESTART button option. When clicking restart windows it closes alla programs except notepad because it was not saved. Then I can restart destiny again. But this is not ok
